ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2015 after starting my career in advertising sales and later being recruited by State Farm. I grew up on a cattle ranch in Lakeview and graduated from the University of Oregon, experiences that shaped a strong work ethic, adaptability, and appreciation for teamwork. I’m a parent to three daughters, and our family loves skiing — something that carries into our office culture with planned team ski days and shared experiences outside of work. Our team of three operates closely and takes pride in moving fast, working smart, and supporting one another every step of the way.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Greg Elder - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
